Biblical Hebrew Three With Dr. Lucille Van Alstine A.M. Course

Biblical Hebrew III continues where Biblical Hebrew II left off – Chapter 13 and the imperfect verb form. Students now focus on translating the English Tree of Life Bible into Hebrew where Old Testament (Tanakh) references occur. The class practices their Hebrew reference skill in Luke of the New Testament (B’rit Hadasha). Grammar lectures at this point are twenty minutes in length. The remainder of the class period is spent on decifering biblical Hebrew references. Classes meet online Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m. The course is 12 weeks long.
