Conferences & Seminars

Besorah Institute will periodically host conferences and seminars on a variety of topics related to Biblical research.   Scholarly or noted experts in those areas of study will be invited to come and present their research.  These presentations will be open to Besorah students and the general public.  The cost of the conferences and seminars will vary.

Starting in September 2018 . . . 

Dr. Deborah & Philip Burd and Stephanie Pavlantos (Student Services) from Besorah Institute will be presenting an ABF (Adult Bible Fellowship) class at Grace Church C&MA in Middleburg Heights, Ohio starting in September.  This is an 11 week class.

This class is designed for new believers and for those who would like to have a better understanding of the Gospel books (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) better.   The class will be presented from a Judaic-Christian perspective.  Handouts will be given each week.  There is no charge for this class.

Week 1 – Introduction

Week 2:  Book of Matthew (Overview of the Book/Historical Background/Important Points and Concepts)

Week 3:  Book of Matthew continued

Week 4:  Book of Mark (Overview of the Book/Historical Background/Important Points and Concepts)

Week 5:  Book of Mark continued

Week 6:  Book of Luke (Overview of the Book/Historical Background/Important Points and Concepts)

Week 7:  Book of Luke continued

Week 8:  Book of John (Overview of the Book/Historical Background/Important Points and Concepts)

Week 9:  Book of John continued

Week 10:  Pulling it all together (Four Gospel books – One Message)

Week 11:  Pulling it all together and wrap up.
