The Course of Study for the Judaic-Christian Research Studies Certificate

The Judaic-Christian Studies Certificate was created to give the lay person with an interest in Biblical research an opportunity to grow in that area of study without having to complete a formal degree.  This certificate can be obtained just for personal knowledge, to enhance a current ministry, or to possibly add to the growing amount of research from a Judaic-Christian perspective.  Notable research papers will appear in our Institute’s soon to be developed Besorah Journal of Lay Ministry Research.

A total of fourteen courses and a 15-20 page research paper is required for the Certificate of Judaic Christian Studies.  Additional classes are encouraged but are not necessary for the completion of the certificate.  Classes, unless otherwise stated, are eight to ten weeks long.  With the exception of special guest seminars, weekly classes will be an hour and 45 minutes long.  Saturday or weekend seminars can last a few hours.  Many of the classes will be offered online.
